- Tags & Registration: All RV's must have up to date tags and registration for the RV to be accepted.

- Check in/out time is by 12:00 pm - not strictly enforced- you must check with   management for approval to come in early or leave late. Any units left on site past the 12:00 pm checkout time without permission will be charged an extra night rent.

- Rent is due and payable on your specific due date by 12:00 pm of that day. If not paid by that day there may be a late charge for each day late if arrangement is not made.

- Cancellation policy: $25 fee non refundable
- No refunds due to weather.

- Quite hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Be considerate to those around you.

- All sites must be left as found. There is a $10 fine for garbage left on site. No trash is to be left outside of the RV. Any damage done to the property or anything on the property will result in fines.

- Visitors are always welcomed, but there is a fee and they must sign in upon arrival. Visitors who do not sign in will be asked to leave.

- Campers are responsible for the conduct of their children as well as their guests, children should not be left unattended or without parental supervision.

- Please keep your site clean and orderly. Do not place food or non burnable materials in the fire rings.
- There are garbage dumpsters provided.

- The speed limit is 5 mph. This will be enforced at all times. Driving any faster is unsafe with children in the campground.

- Parking in the road way or on the lawns is not allowed. Please park on your site.
- A maximum of 2 cars per site is permitted. All other cars must park on the parking lot, unless special arrangements are made with management.

- No traffic allowed after midnight, if you return to the campground late, please park in the parking lot and walk on site.

- Off-road vehicles such as mini-bikes, 4 wheelers, and unregistered motor
vehicles are not permitted.

- No washing of motor vehicles allowed on site or on the grounds. Strictly enforced.

- Pets must be kept on a leash; picked up after, not allowed in pool area, mini golf area or any of the buildings and must be attended at all times. Please do not leave your pets unattended. Campers who leave animals unattended will be asked to leave !

- The picnic tables under the shelter are to remain there at all times. They are for the use of the shelter and anyone wishing to rent it.

- All bicycles must remain on the gravel roads and trails only. No cutting through sites, no bicycles inside clubhouse, pool, mini golf area, paint ball field and go kart track.

- Do not cut tree's or damage tree bark. No chainsaws permitted. No drilling, no bolting, screwing or nailing permitted in tree's.

- Please help us keep the bathrooms and grounds clean. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult to the showers. No washing of clothes or cutting hair allowed in the restrooms. Do not dump your personal garbage in the bathrooms. Do not dispose any diapers, tampons, or any other item that may damage the septic system.

-Camp store/office hours vary with the season.
- Rec. room: Arcade hours are 9:00 am - 9:00 pm or otherwise noted.
No loud music, no abusive language, no bikes, no skateboards, no bare feet. Shirt is required. Anyone caught damaging the arcade games will be asked to leave the arcade permanently.

- Ice, firewood, supplies, snacks, drinks and area attractions, are available in the campground store.

- Swimming pool hours are 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk; absolutely no diving, running or horseplaying allowed. Campers are also responsible for their guests and children while they are in the pool. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. No food or glass containers allowed in pool area. All pool rules must be strictly followed or you will be asked to leave.

- Sports equipment, shuffleboard, basketballs, volleyball avialable at the office at no charge. Horseshoes rental - $1.

- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.


- WE RESERVE THE RIGHT:

1. To deny service or admittance to the park.
2. To evict anyone for failure to uphold these park rules and regulations.
3. To evict anyone engaging in illegal or immoral activities.
4. To remove any RV, auto, boat, etc. (at owner's expense) for failure to pay rent.
5. To ammend these rules at any time for accidents, injuries or loss of property by fire, theft or acts of God, utility failure or improper connections. 

               Failure to abide by the rules will result in immediate eviction.
